Not a bad brush, but it's only effective for guys with a long beard (at least 2 1/2 - 3 inches). There were also bristles missing from the brush upon arrival. They weren't found detached in the plastic wrapping, so I know it had to have been packed and shipped that way. I'm sticking with what I already use.
Hey Maurice we're sorry that this happened to you. All brushes are missing one bristle to allow air flow through the brush head. The detangling brush works well with beards of longer lengths but we also sell a boar bristle brush that works better with shorter hair. For your inconvenience I'll refund you the full price of the brush purchased and I'm sending the boar bristle brush to you free of charge. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do.
Since using these products I have been able to maintain a soft moisturized and healthy looking beard daily without a lot of fuss. I’ve tried so many different products throughout my beard journey, but this one will be my constant !
