How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
To cancel or edit an order you placed, please contact us via email at info@shangogrooming.com or by using the 'Contact Us' tab with your full name, address and order number.

What happens if the product I ordered is Out of Stock?
All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an order is showing 'In Stock' on our website then it's available to purchase. However, during busy periods where the traffic and demand exceeds the amount of stock we have, there may be a delay in the site refreshing with current stock, causing you to make a purchase that's unavailable. In that case, please contact us via email at info@shangogrooming.com or by using the 'Contact Us' tab on the site so that we may issue you a refund.

When will my order be shipped?
If the items are IN STOCK, any product purchased Monday through Friday by 4pm CST will begin processing the same day and shipped either the same day or next business day, EXCLUDING weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 4pm CST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on a Friday after 4pm CST will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days of processing time. You will be contacted if the product you purchased is 'Out of Stock' or if we need to collect any additional shipping information due to a discrepancy. ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED ON WEEKENDS! Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail which takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the US. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. USPS should be contacted should you have any issues with receiving your products after the items have been shipped. We do not ship replacements due to product damage from postal service (we do our best to ensure safe, efficient packaging).

What payment methods do we accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay and Discover.
Is my personal information secure when I make a purchase?
All payments accepted on the site are processed by an encrypted SSL which is a protocol developed to protect one's information securely on the internet.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation via email once your order is processed. In addition, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number.
